One of the sporadic blessings and joys of my life was to have met and prayed with Brother Roger in 1992 at the opening North American "Pilgrimage of Bank" in Dayton, OH, and to have met and had a magnificent conversation with Brother Alois, his beneficiary as director of the Taiz'e community. I was also deferential to read currently in some observations by Episcopal spiritual writer, Cynthia Bourgeault, that the Taiz'e community has continued to be energized and remove throw the drive of Brother Roger's ideals and ministry under Brother Alois. Taiz'e is, in the words of John Paul II, "that despite the fact that springtime", punctiliously in the lives of indescribable young women and men in the course of the world.
